Dear administrators,
I hereby file an admin complaint against administrator Izzy Fresh.
On May 5, 2026, I was banned for §4.1 (mods banned).
On May 5, 2026, I was planning to look at the new houses, but I noticed that they weren't loading for me. I initially assumed it was a game bug or bug and posted this on Ingrand.
That same evening I was banned for §4.1 because the houses on my Ingrand could not be seen. I didn't know that solid parts of the card could be removed by a Redux.
On May 7th, two days after my ban, Michael Morell's server announcement came out, alerting me to this error, and everyone checked. I wish I had also had the chance to review this through an announcement. I had been using the otherwise legal Redux for several months and had never had any problems with any textures.
Since the houses were newly announced, I assumed there was a mistake in loading or mapping, which can certainly happen, and at first I didn't think anything of it until I was banned.
Unfortunately, at the time of my ban, there was no information about this possible error. Otherwise, I would have immediately checked my Redux and then deleted it to find a working one.
I have never used cheats or anything like that and would like to clearly distance myself from them. I hope that a distinction will be made between conscious cheating and an unconscious texture flaw in a house that has only been in play for a day. After Ingrand, I also stayed away from the place and received no benefit from this mistake.
I had to file a complaint because the unbanning that Lexy pointed out to me is not possible. I would like to complain about the decision and the situation, not just the unbanning I hope for a correction or lifting of my ban taking into account the circumstances.
I am aware that ignorance does not protect against punishment and that I am responsible for my own modifications. Nevertheless, I hope for goodwill.
Thank you for your time in handling my complaint.
With kind regards
Nogi
