1. Leader of the San Andreas Highway Patrol
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I want to be a leader of SAHP to ensure professionalism within the organization. As a leader, I will be the one to set the tone for the organization and ensure that all the policies are followed. With the proper leadership, trust will be established within the organization and with the community.
2.2) Leadership is not just about having the authority. It is also about helping others grow. By taking the initiative to teach the new deputies and others in the team, they will grow as individuals and become better leaders overall. A well-led team performs better and the entire department prospers as a result.
2.3) I want to help the department become more organized and effective. This entails better communication between the ranks and ensuring that the operations of the department run smoothly. A leader who focuses on these aspects will help form a more cohesive department.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) Higher ranks should have the ability to have control over the scenes that they create, especially those that are chaotic and require everyone’s attention to fix the situation. If the higher-ranked individuals did not have control over these scenarios, there would be potential for confusion and for the scenario to become chaotic and disorganized. By giving them the power to create and control these scenarios, the quality of the roleplay can be improved for everyone involved.
3.2) All members should follow the same way of speaking, using the radio communications, and handling the situations. Improve this by removing any random or unrealistic behaviors from the characters to improve the believability of the department as a whole.
3.3) Instead of responding to every instance of action, ask the deputies to engage in interactions (of the reports, arrests, etc.). These kinds of changes will improve the roleplay standard by making each situation more detailed and immersive instead of repetitive and rushed.
3.4) In the previous terms of SAHP, there were a lot of major issues with communication between High Commands and non–High Command units. I strongly believe this is an area that can be strongly improved by implementing clearer communication channels, setting expectations, and ensuring information is shared efficiently across all ranks.
