Rejected Violation of 'General Rules for Green Zone' - 1.1, 1.2, 1.4 & 1.7

I was mining at Quarry No.1 when I spotted someone scoping out my car to rob so i ran to my car to drive it away but he randomly started shooting me, killed me and then proceeded to steal my car and drove away.

No RP was used, there was only 3 people and 1 car so not enough people and vehicles to commit this crime and it was all done in a Green Zone.

The vehicle is worth $7 mil but I am unsure what the cost of returning it is.

1.1 - death screen shown in proof inside GZ
1.2 - 'Rob People' unsure if that applies to vehicle theft...
1.4 - proof of suspect carry weapons in GZ
