I was trying to take panels but somehow this guy came and took them really fast. After i gave demand I shoot him but his healt was still full also he just disappeared. After that I went to take another panel and he was also there. Then I shoot him twice and still he didn't take any damage and he just disappears.

I actually saw this guy, he came to steal my panels and suddenly he disappeared.
