hello admin

i haven't played the games for month last time i played i remember something related to valentine was going on but now i downloaded the game after 1.5 month i got a ban for cheats why i think it is some kind of misunderstanding can you please unban i am ready to cooperate through discord and the band date is 1.11.2025 but i have played this game in feb i think some tech issue
