From the start of my journey in this city, I have always stayed connected with the gang side. I joined different gangs, learned how gang systems work, took part in events, and slowly gained experience from every situation. During this time, I also got opportunities to lead small activities and understand how important teamwork and communication are in a gang.Now I feel ready to lead my own organization and take responsibility as a leader. I believe Vagos is the perfect gang for me because of its atmosphere, history, and location near Beach Market, which keeps the area active and full of roleplay opportunities.

I know that becoming a leader is not easy. A leader has to manage activity, members, events, turf, discipline, and many other responsibilities at the same time. I have seen many successful terms and also some failed ones, so I understand both the good and difficult sides of leadership.If I become the leader of Vagos, I will focus on keeping the organization active every day. I will create a good environment for members, organize regular activities and events, and keep everyone motivated through a fair bonus and reward system. My goal is not only to maintain the gang but also to improve it step by step and make the term memorable.

One thing I have noticed in the city is that law enforcement organizations work together very well, while gangs often stay divided and keep targeting each other unnecessarily. I want to help create better competition and more enjoyable gang-side roleplay instead of constant toxicity and random conflicts.I also want to build a strong turf team that can compete seriously every season through teamwork, communication, and activity. My aim is to achieve a successful and fully active turf season without depending on AFK gameplay.
Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization
1)
When I was new to the city, I was always careful about rule breaks because punishments can negatively affect both the player and the organization. Because of this experience, I will personally help and guide new members so they can properly understand gang roleplay and avoid unnecessary mistakes.2)
Toxicity is one of the biggest problems inside gangs because it ruins the atmosphere during events and creates unnecessary arguments. I want to maintain a respectful and friendly environment inside the organization. Members who continuously spread toxicity or disturb others will face strict action.3)
I strongly believe that favoritism destroys teamwork and motivation inside an organization. Because of this, I will make sure promotions and ranks are earned through loyalty, discipline, activity, and performance instead of personal friendships."I'm not here to take part, I'm here to take over."
