The reported player violated server rules by initiating a shooting against me without issuing any proper demands first. I managed to defend myself and killed him in the gunfight, but he immediately broke the New Life Rule (NLR) by returning directly to the exact location of his death to seek revenge. Upon returning, he also committed Car Ramming (CR) by intentionally using his vehicle to ram into my frend after that he started shooting and killing me. This chain of rule breaks completely ruined the roleplay scenario, and I request that he be punished accordingly.
