Hi Admin,

As per the attached forum my account 229736 was banned for 60 days only. how it come for permanent ban without any reason (Link),

Can anyone from senior administrator team provide the clarification on this.

This will be my last request if any educated senior administrator resolve this concern without any bais.

We do not unban twink accounts

1.4 It is forbidden to have more than 1 additional account(Twinking) | Permanent ban to all accounts except main account.
