they rammed my car and while id 100784 was on the ground he cuffed me n also before even checking my name or ask for passport

and it might be bug abuse because he got up instantly by cuffing me

i cuffed you as you ran many time being wanted and we all know you by your clothing and your face .. as you are on wanted list almost every f day xd are 2nd i didnot even fell

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Review this report.
(After checking the evidence there is no Rule Break found)
Reason: No PG seen after reviewing both POVs + No Fail RP seen in POV
However it can be dealt ICly in a Court of Law for Cuffing without any Reason​
