Dear LeBron,
I hereby submit my complaint against administrator Michael Morell.
A little over 300 days ago, I was banned due to General Rule 1.4.
Originally, I had already written an unban request for my main account, which was accepted.
What happened?
At that time, my colleague told me that I should serve the time for him on his account.
Since I had not yet familiarized myself with the rules at that point and this was also my first RP server, I was not aware of what a major mistake I was making.
So I served the time for my colleague (I believe it was a 100-hour task) and did not actually play. Shortly afterward, both my main account and my twink account received the corresponding sanction.
As already described, my main account was unbanned back then.
Recently, I also wrote an unban request for my twink account, which was rejected by administrator Michael Morell.
The reason given was that I allegedly created a new twink for myself through a second Social Club account.
However, I only have my main account (Jayden Alvarez) and have never attempted to create a new twink account.
I assume that Michael is referring to my colleague’s twink account here, whose SOC I used at the time. However, I have not accessed it since then.
To my knowledge, my colleague did not receive any punishment for sharing his account back then, which is probably why he was able to create a twink account without any issues.
I would like to point out that at no point after this incident did I use any SOC account other than my own. As already mentioned, it was most likely my colleague (on whose account I was logged in) who created a twink account, which is why it is now assumed that I created a new account through a second SOC account (my colleague’s).
I would like to apologize once again for my behavior at that time. I deeply regret my mistake and would gladly undo it if I could. I can guarantee that such serious misconduct on my part will not happen again in the future, as I thoroughly familiarized myself with the rules after this incident.
I hope for leniency and understanding regarding my foolishness back then. I acted unknowingly and irresponsibly at the time and deeply regret it.
I believe all of us make mistakes at some point that we would very much like to undo – just as is the case for me now.
Thank you for reviewing my complaint and for the time you invest in it.
Kind regards,
Kyree Jackson | Jayden Alvarez
