Hello dear admins
I currently have a 7 day ban on my account and the date and time can be seen below. The reason says I received 3 warnings. If I made a mistake I sincerely apologize as it was never my intention to break the rules or harm the server experience
However I have a very serious problem. I own a warehouse in game and it contains many very valuable items that I spent a long time working for. When I got banned there were only 6 days left on the warehouse duration. Since my ban is 7 days long the warehouse time will expire before my ban is removed and all of the items inside will be lost
I truly do not want to lose everything I worked hard for over such a situation. I kindly ask you to review my situation again and if possible help me in any way. Reducing the ban duration or helping with the warehouse duration would mean a lot to me please.
