Before the Car ramming happend an Officer pulled me over but I denied so the officer started shooting at me BUT NOT THE PERSON IN THE VIDEO THO so then i ran away with my car in about 3 to 5 Mins this person ID:76438 started chasing after me and car ram I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS AN FIB OR SUM SORT OF STALKER...
