As u can see this id 20131 He got blacklist for Promoting Terrorism + GR 6.8 + GR 3.1+ 3.2 and as i know the blacklist is permantly ban not only some days and when he did come back he still doing mass rule breaks and as u can see at this forume Here he insulted me and he insul my wife also not only me he doing that bad thing its with all in the city and you can check his backround of him and pls try to undresntad me Cuz thats type of peopel like this they dangerous at the server Can u check and take the right decision with them and Thank u very much

He got banned for 65 days not permantly he finshied his punishment,
were is the ban evading in that are u brain dead ? don't you know what ban evading is ?

Dont try to defenc at your friend cuz u alost doing like him the same rule break and the admin will check
