First of all, good day dear administrators.
I was banned for Ban for Hacking Accounts. I tried to explain the situation in the forum I opened approximately 2 days ago, but I think I was misunderstood. For this reason, I am creating this new forum with all my evidence, without going off-topic.
First of all, I initially started playing on EN3 Server. However, at that time I did not know how the game worked, so I could not even leave the hotel area and shortly after that I deleted the game. Later, I logged back into my old EN3 account which I had created years ago. The email address linked to this account belongs completely to me, and I can provide all necessary evidence regarding this. I also believe this can easily be verified through your system.
As you can see below, I am proving that the account belongs to me with my Gmail, Rockstar Games, and Steam account information. From the email address of the account to all the platforms I mentioned, every access and all information belongs only to me. I put my in game photo this photo was taken around when i start game again + + + +
In the forum that caused my ban, it was stated: "And this person has been playing for 3 months and currently has an account with ID 103049 created 2 years ago. Therefore, I am sure that this account was also hacked by him." I am presenting my purchase date of the game through Steam as evidence, and as I said before, I know that you can verify this as well.
I am presenting all my evidence, and I can also prove this through a PC check in the presence of the admin team. I have no doubts regarding this. In order not to make this issue longer or more complicated, I believe these evidences are sufficient and I have stated all my requests regarding this matter.
Now I would like to mention another issue. The forum that caused my ban was opened under the title Ban Evading | 103049, but the content included evidence related to Ban for Hacking Accounts, which was the reason for my ban on another server. Then admin Light Moon approved it with the statement: "ID 103049 will receive a punishment of Hacking Accounts."
Now I want to ask you this: in the forum that caused my ban, there is absolutely no concrete evidence regarding the account that is claimed to have been stolen, or any account/accounts that I allegedly accessed from my IP address. Despite this, my EN3 account was banned.
As you can understand, even if I were to be banned for Hacking Accounts, the forum title itself was incorrect. In my opinion, administrator Light Moon could have at least asked the player who opened the report to move it under the correct section. If that is not the case, then still, I do not think it is right to make such a serious decision as banning an account without sufficient investigation.
The admin team can of course make mistakes, but I want the unfair situation caused by this mistake to be resolved. I am presenting all my evidence to you, and if you wish, I can prove everything through a PC check.
I respectfully present my request to the administration team and would like my account to be unbanned as soon as possible.
