2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1.Journey over here -
I've started doing role play from 8-12month. I have seen serve failure in my whole journey , I stand up again I started with vagos ,in vagos after under deputy that got in same term then I have used to be -High command , and I am still grinding. For a better roleplay
2. Leadership skills:
I never got the Deputy role because of favoritism from old leaders, but I still learned a lot by working under every deputy and handling different situations and events. I stayed loyal, calm under pressure, and learned leadership through actions, teamwork, and responsibility instead of rank.
3. Activeness and hardworking :
I am very active and hardworking , yea it's looks self praising but nah , really I am not praising. Think is I will build a good relationship between Activeness, fairness, hardworking because I see that most of the term is active at the starting but not when going on I want to change that and I want everyone to have the rank they deserve , because I see a lot of favoritism going on.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play in the organization.
3.1 For regulating the Organization you have to make sure all things are in right hands . I will make sure to give deputies to those who are willing to work for the welfare of the department and organization.
3.2 If someone will try to raise conflict inter or intra organization will be taken out from the org . No toxicity or Favouritism will be tolerated .
3.3 High bonus system plays crucial role for growth of an org as if you will give high bonuses to gang person according to his/her hard work, dedication and honesty towards org . I will give them good bonuses
3.4 I will make good relations with other crime organisations and help each other.
3.5 I will make sure that store robbery, gun store,fz raidand etc to be done eveyday and will make sure activity is top priority for my org with least mistakes possible .
3.7 As leader i will make sure that I raise the standard of RP as my members will also gonna do what they will saw me doing.I will make sure as leader i will not only lead org by completing weekly requirements but to make sure the standard of RP increase.

1.Capturing 100% turf
2.Giving high bonuses
3.Maintain discipline,prevent toxicity and zero favourism
4.Most active gang in the city
5.Brutal attacks against leos
