2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 My Experience: I Have Experience in all the Organizations of Grand RP server where i played multiple roles including LEOs & Gangs. I have the latest experience of Assistant Director of HR. I Started my journey in the City recently but yet again proved myself to fit in the spot and always shine as an extraordinary guy for the Job. In LEOs Multiple Times I Showed My Consistency & My Work. this shows my experience in GRP & the knowledge i have earned out of it that makes me capable of the leadership criteria. I Have had my own Personal Loadout & Custom Dresscode Approved by the Higher Ups that too when i was in a Lower Rank. Had my own Department to work as.
2.2 Dedication: It's been some since i have joined EN1 in GRP & Have more then several hours of game in GRP. since then i have been grinding organization by taking my role as high command & making money & making my name in the EN1 city. i have multiple connections & friends who will help me out in this mission of leadership & make it one of the most active organizations yet. so i would dedicate & do the best if i become the leader.
2.3 Connections: Since I Got Many Connections & Friends I Would Spread The News of Recruiting of LSPD & Therefore Many people will join & Hence make it one of the most active organization! and also report to the ATM & House robs first for which i made a department i.e. Special Ops (SO). These Units Will Also Lead Hostage situations & Store Robs in case of Absence of Higher Command Than them.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization?
3.1 Promoting the use of RP Commands
3.2 No Favoritism
3.3 Control over the Officers
3.4 Every Day Officer Training's & Recruitment
3.5 will be the Most Active Organization in the City
1. Human Resources: This Department Will Be Working On Interviewing New Citizens, Hiring Them, Proving Them With Their Batch Number & Logs As Well As Complete The New Officer's Training. They Will Provide Roles & Badge Number & Will Also Update The ROSTER of The Organisation!
2. Internal Affairs: This Department Will Be Looking Into The Matters Of Keeping a Check On Logs Of Officers, Their Bodycams As Well As The Org. Vehicles & Licences Of The Officers. They Will Provide Strikes To Officers In The Behavioural Manner Or Any Complaint Received Against Any Officers Will Be Judged By Them.
3.Highway Patrol: This Department Will Be Looking For The Vehicles That Have Been Parked Incorrectly And Will Either Fine Them or Tow Them. They Get Extra Bonuses As Per Their Work & Efficiency!
4. Quick Response Team: This Department Will Have The Specialised People That Will Look Into The Matter Of Robberies as Well Hostage Situation And Will Be Taking The Lead. This Department Will Have The Permission to use Heavy Machineries For Their Operations. They Will Hunt Criminals & Attend ATM Robs & House Robs.
5. Public Relation: This Public Relations (PR) department will be a strategic management unit responsible for building, maintaining and protecting an organization's reputation and image in the eyes of the public.
