Rejected ID 113296 - Mass RDM + G.R. 1.1 (Green Zone Violation) + G.R. 6.13

I was located outside the Black Market (which is a strictly regulated Unscripted Green Zone) when ID 113296 opened fire and killed me without any prior IC interaction, demands, or valid roleplay reason, directly violating General Rule 1.1 and G.R. 6.15 (RDM)
Shortly after, my friend arrived and started to medically revive me. As soon as the animation finished and I was back up, ID 113296 immediately shot and killed me for the second time, and subsequently targeted and killed my friend as well.
Furthermore, the suspect committed a violation of G.R. 6.13 by killing me instantly after being revived, giving absolutely no time to react, and attacking my friend while he was locked in the medical rescue animation. If the suspect also finished us off while we were down on the ground, this additionally constitutes Mercy Killing.
