Explanation of the situation: Dear Administration,

I am filing a complaint against player 153490 for blatantly violating Green Zone Rule 1.1 and General Rule 6.15 (DM).

I was hanging out near the Black Market area with my friend. As I stepped just outside near the bars/perimeter, the suspect started shooting at me and killed me on the spot.

There was absolutely no prior Roleplay interaction, no demands were made, and no compliance time was given (Violation of 6.15). Furthermore, since this occurred right at the Black Market boundary, it is a direct violation of Green Zone regulations (Violation of GZ 1.1).
