Muhlis was born in Muş Türkiye his real name was Enosis. they were three siblings Enosis’s father was involved in smuggling and that was how they made a living One day Enosis’s father suddenly came home and said they had to leave immediately that night while helping smugglers he had been caught by the police and the smugglers had killed the officer because of that Enosis and his family could no longer stay there his father took the family with him and they boarded an illegal international ship they arrived in Mexico and from there Enosis and his family illegally crossed into America. they went to Los Santos while searching for a place to stay they ran into two police officers the officers demanded all of their money Enosis’s father and older brother tried to resist while they were resisting Muhlis tried to escape with his mother and younger sister then he heard three gunshots when Enosis turned around, he saw his father and brother lying on the ground.
That day Enosis made a promise to himself from that moment he would do anything to protect himself and the people he loved.
To take care of his family Enosis sold drugs for while But the one thing he could never forget was the revenge he would one day take on those officers. with the help of gangsters Enosis met someone who sold him a new identity his new name Muhlis Surt and that was when the real story truly began...
Career Story:At the age of 20 Enosis joined the SAHP Academy. Muhlis graduated from the academy with the highest honors scoring full marks in everything he was highly skilled and extremely good at reading people but he rarely spoke to anyone his manipulation skills were exceptional he always told people exactly what they wanted to hear because of this he climbed the ranks very quickly and one day he was accepted into the FIB. after reaching a certain rank in the FIB he also began carrying out highly classified missions for the uc department. he completed every mission flawlessly his outstanding success caught the attention of the leader and they assigned him top level mission so dangerous that single mistake could cost him his life. he would go deep uc inside a gang gathering evidence of their crimes and secretly leaking information back to the Fıb Muhlis carried out the mission perfectly but at the same time he had already put his own plan into motion what the FIB did not know was that the mission they had given Muhlis was actually helping him achieve the revenge he had wanted from the very beginning while working in the FIB he had already obtained information about the officers responsible for killing his father and older brother he memorized their routes and one day together with gang members, he intercepted the two officers while they were on patrol. they robbed them and killed them but the fire inside Muhlis had not gone out he wanted more because the pain in his heart would never disappear Muhlis returned to the FIB and due to his extraordinary performance as a deep uc he was promoted once again but he could no longer control his urges he was no longer an innocent man the pain inside him had turned him into a ruthles manipulative corrupt officer consumed by darknes everything was only just beginning...
Outcomes:
1) Muhlis can take bribes (up to $100,000 and guns/ammo/illegal stuff ) and rob (Pickpocket).
2) Muhlis can deny and lie about calling a lawyer/refuse to read miranda rights and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification
3) Muhlis can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
4) Muhlis can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some foreigners that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
