The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: At 20:30 there will be protest at LSPD HQ by the Gang members to give them legal status. The situation became violent and Global was Dropped all units from all State Organization (except EMS) responded to Global to handle the situation and the Chief of Police is in his Chief Office . All gangs have united together and now willing to take Chief hostage from the Chiefs Office ( In full White Uniform)

Gangs: Take Chief of Police as hostage to Negotiate
State: Save the Chief of Police

Other organizations involved: LI may join for Reporting

Admin Requirements:
Remover LSPD from Green Zone
Switch me to Unique White Uniform to Identify

How is the event won?
Gangs : Take Chief hostage and Negotiate (500k)
Leos : Save Chief from getting taken as Hostage ( 500k) divided to all leftover Players (leos)
