vorab: Das hier ist eine ernst gemeinte Beschwerde bzw. ein Feedback.
Meiner Meinung nach ist Rafael Promillo einer der unprofessionellsten Seniors bzw. „Head of State“, die es bisher gab. Warum ich das so sehe, möchte ich euch erklären.
Seitdem er Head of State ist, fallen seine Entscheidungen und sein Verhalten immer wieder negativ auf. Als ehemaliger Vize musste ich oft mit ihm zusammenarbeiten und dabei ist mir besonders aufgefallen, dass die Kommunikation mit Beratern praktisch nicht funktioniert. Er übergeht häufig sein Team, klärt Dinge nicht richtig ab und weist Meinungen oder Vorschläge direkt als falsch zurück weil es nicht von ihm kam.
Auch seine Art aufzutreten empfinde ich als sehr unangenehm. Oft redet er an Themen vorbei und möchte ständig die Kontrolle bzw. „Macht“ über alles haben. Alles muss nach seiner Vorstellung laufen und kaum jemand anderes darf eigenständig handeln. Viele Mitglieder sind mittlerweile unzufrieden mit ihm. Deshalb frage ich mich, warum dagegen nichts unternommen wird.
Natürlich gibt es bei seiner Führungsperson Entscheidungen, die nicht jedem gefallen. Das ist normal. Aber bei Rafael geht es nicht nur um Entscheidungen, sondern vor allem um seine generelle Art im Umgang mit anderen. Bei früheren Personen wie Hans Promillo oder Harald Sachse hat die Zusammenarbeit schließlich auch funktioniert. Seit Rafael Head of State ist, scheint vieles nur noch schlechter zu laufen und die Unzufriedenheit wächst deutlich.
Dazu kommt, er einfach hinterhältig is. Das hört man nicht nur von einzelnen Personen, sondern von mehreren ehemaligen CoA, Seniors, Admins und Deputy Chief.
Ein weiteres Problem ist die Doppelmoral: Wenn man ihm direkt sagt: „Meiner Meinung nach bist du der schlechteste Head of State“, antwortet er zwar, dass das meine Meinung sei und das okay wäre. Gleichzeitig höre ich aber von anderen Administratoren, dass intern alles protokolliert wird, sobald ich etwas gegen seine Entscheidungen oder generell gegen ihn sagt. Wenn ich so etwas machen würde, würde ich einen Bann wegen Disrespecting Adminstation oder so. Nach außen wird also gesagt, dass Kritik erlaubt ist, intern scheint das aber ganz anders gehandhabt zu werden.
Feedback: Lösch bitte das Game und mach dein Abi fertig, und geh ins GYM oder so aber trenn dich bitte von GrandRP

First of all: this is a serious complaint and feedback.
In my opinion, Rafael Promillo is one of the most unprofessional Seniors or “Head of State” we have had so far. I would like to explain why I see it that way.
Ever since he became Head of State, his decisions and behavior have repeatedly stood out in a negative way. As a former Vice, I often had to work with him, and what especially stood out to me was that communication with advisors practically does not work. He frequently ignores his team, fails to properly discuss things, and directly dismisses opinions or suggestions as wrong simply because they did not come from him.
I also find his way of presenting himself very unpleasant. He often talks around topics and constantly wants to have control or “power” over everything. Everything has to go according to his vision, and hardly anyone else is allowed to act independently. Many members are dissatisfied with him by now. That is why I wonder why nothing is being done about it.
Of course, as a leader, there will always be decisions that not everyone agrees with. That is normal. But with Rafael, it is not only about decisions, but mainly about his general behavior toward others. With previous people like Hans Promillo or Harald Sachse, cooperation still worked well. Since Rafael became Head of State, many things seem to have only gotten worse, and the dissatisfaction has clearly grown.
On top of that, many people consider him to be sneaky or two-faced. This is not something I only hear from one or two individuals, but from several former CoAs, Admins, and Deputy Chiefs.
Another issue is the double standard: if you tell him directly, “In my opinion, you are the worst Head of State,” he replies that it is just my opinion and that it is okay. At the same time, however, I hear from other administrators that everything is internally documented as soon as I say something against his decisions or against him in general. If I were to do something similar, I would probably receive a ban for “Disrespecting Administration” or something along those lines. Publicly, it is said that criticism is allowed, but internally it seems to be handled very differently.
Direct feedback: Please just quit the game, finish your Abitur, go to the gym or something, but please separate yourself from GrandRP.
(Everyone thinks this way but no one says it to him because he would remove people over anything. He simply cannot handle criticism.)
