When I came in city i was afk for long time and i didnt had any kind of bounty on me, and when i moved to parking this guy with ID 173190 saw me and he knew my name he just put bounty on me sitting in car to avoid GR 6.15 or RDM and this is Abusing Bounty System, and was provoking after it.

see the name the guy who putted bounty is sam badboy but i killed you by taking yr bounty so how can you say that i puted bounty and the same guy take order both are different and its not bounty abuse you can say bounty abuse if I killed you 3-4 times continuously after taking your bounty
