Sir, I was banned a long time ago for Refusing a PC check, and I opened many help forums about it, but none of them were taken into consideration by the chief admins. Bobby did consider my first forum post, but then responded a day later saying it couldn't be appealed. I understand that, but the interesting thing is that I've tried every avenue to get help, and I've honestly presented this to you every time to get a second chance, but it hasn't worked. Before this, many players were banned for the same reasons, and Bobby and other admins gave them a second chance, but they players abused this decision, cleaned their PCs, and were then Blacklisted. So, what I'm trying to say is, despite all the evidence I've presented and the effort I've put in, why am I not getting any help? I'm also very sorry about this because my efforts are going to waste, and I can't do anything about it. And these responses I'm receiving seem to emphasize that I'm no longer wanted in EN03, but during the time I played, I never caused any problems for anyone, I was just actively playing. Please believe me, I'm truly sorry. I'm just asking you to take it into consideration.
