What happened:
I had my interview on Monday evening at around 3.00 pm. This went quite normally and took place with several admins (approx. 5–8 people, including senior admins).
At around 9.00 pm, I was then informed that I had been accepted as LSPD Leader.
However, at around 10.00 pm, the role was then revoked.
The reason given was that an incident had occurred during my application phase: I was playing Fortnite with a friend and Theo (former LSPD advisor) joined the call via this friend to watch. It was later suggested that this might have led to a conflict of interest.
I was therefore told that my decision or approval during the application process might have been influenced by this. However, I cannot really understand this, as I did not play directly with Theo; he was merely watching on the call and I had hardly known him, if at all, prior to that. Furthermore, he was not on the call because of my application, but because of my friend.
In hindsight, the situation was interpreted as meaning that this had compromised the neutrality of the application process. Consequently, the decision to accept me as a leader was reversed, even though the actual process had already been completed.
After my organisational role was revoked, I was told that I would have complete neutrality in the new application phase. I then reapplied. Today, however, my application was rejected without any reason being given, as I haven’t received any feedback yet.
To be honest, I can’t really make sense of the whole thing at the moment. Above all, it seems contradictory to me: if Lia didn’t like my application from the start, Theo shouldn’t really have been able to influence her so much that I ended up being accepted after all. It doesn’t quite add up for me.
Furthermore, I don’t quite understand how someone who actively participated in the last Orga-Warn and even received admin sanctions during the application phase is still invited for an interview. Others were rejected outright for the same reasons, and that is precisely why it doesn’t seem consistent or comprehensible to me why this is now being handled so differently.​

What I am asking for:
I am requesting a review of my removal from the organisation or further consideration of my application. To this end, I am happy to voluntarily provide the relevant DMs with former admin Theo Deberg.

I would also like the opinions of all the admins involved in the discussions to be heard and taken into account once again. Should the feedback ultimately be that my application did indeed fail to convince, I will accept that and be satisfied with the outcome.

Hey Joachim,

when we removed you from the leader position, I explained the reason to you in detail.
We cannot guarantee a neutral decision or rule out that you may have had advantages through your contact with Theo. We have also taken internal consequences from the situation.

During the newly opened application phase, we had significantly more applicants, and unfortunately this time you were not able to secure the position.
