2.1 - I want to be the leader of The Ballas Gang because i feel like the gang hasnt been very active since Sosas term and i feel like i have the reputation and the knowledge to make the gang alive again as it was before and push it to its full potential. I would make sure the gang is always active and make sure to be the best there is. Since this would be my first leadership i would make sure to first of all make sure to get a lot of members and immediately start attending every event to fill the warehouse so we dont worry about guns, ammo or vests. And the most important of all, i would make sure we all have fun in all of those events and situations.

2.2 - I have the leadership skills to make sure the organization stays functioning and enjoyable for everyone. I have a strong OOC and IC rule knowlegde which would be very helpful to me and other members if they ever needed to ask me something. I would also make sure everyone stays motivated to move on along with everyone else by doing many events every day and giving out bonuses after each successful event.

2.3 - I want to create a powerful and organized environment for members. My goal is to build a Ballas organization where members feel motivated, respected, and united. I want to create a strong leadership structure with discipline, loyalty, and teamwork while keeping the faction highly active in events, captures, and daily RP. I believe a leader should not only control the organization but also help members improve, enjoy the game, and represent the faction professionally on the server.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

》Organize regular RP activities such as robbing sprees, trainings, and gang related events.
》Encourage members to use proper communication and realistic behavior during RP situations.
》Teach new members server rules and proper gang RP to reduce FailRP situations.
》Focus on quality RP over unnecessary toxicity or random shooting.
》Reward loyal and active members with promotions and responsibilities to keep motivation high.
