Dear Lebron,
First of all, I am reaching out to you directly, man to man, and kindly asking you to take a few moments to read my appeal.
I am a 30-year-old OOC player, and I have been playing on your project for over 4 years. During this time, I have built a massive inventory with 220+ cars, $180 million, a beautiful house, and a family that recently broke into the Top 15. Recently, I also started live-streaming the project, actively promoting and praising the server to a growing audience.
Out of nowhere, I received a ban for General Rule 22 (as an assistant/accomplice). I had absolutely no intention of breaking any rules, nor did I have any idea that this situation would lead to a ban. I have already requested an unban and even offered a full money wipe, but the administration denied it and told me not to appeal anymore. Because I respect the staff, I stopped spamming, but I am writing to you now because a huge mistake has been made. I am not a troublemaker; I am a dedicated player who loves driving, building up the community, and helping new players.
The ban happened because a player joined my family, stole items from elsewhere, and placed them in our family storage without my knowledge. As a leader of a successful family, I was banned as his "assistant," even though I had absolutely no part in his actions.
I kindly ask you to check the logs between me and this player. I am attaching all the proof below to show that our entire interaction was purely accidental:
Please review the logs and the evidence. I am ready to accept any terms, including a full money wipe, just to get my account back and continue playing on the project I love.
Thank you for your time and understanding.

- Proof 1 (Inviting the player): This shows the moment he was invited to the family and given the Discord role. 48 hours later, I was banned. I had no idea he was stealing. If I get unbanned, I promise to be much more careful about who I recruit.

- Proof 2 (Interaction): This video from my live stream shows my only real interaction with him—buying him a family outfit. Nothing else.

- Proof 3 (Live Stream proof): Proof that I actively stream the project. Unfortunately, I wasn't live the exact night he joined, but he was brought in by a friend who told me, "Here is a new member for the family."
- Proof 4 (Discord Chat): Discord screenshots where the player himself confirms that he joined on his own, that we had no prior interaction, and that we had just met. This proves I was never his accomplice or assistant in stealing.

- Proof of my Live Stream (ID Confirmation): Since my ID isn't directly visible on the stream, here is the proof connecting my account to the channel.

- The original complaint against me:
- The rejected appeal (where admins told me not to appeal anymore):
:"This is the previous appeal where the administration told me to stop trying, so I paused for a while because I am not someone who spams. I am begging you to please review everything, including the logs if necessary. I have been a player on your project for 4 years, with a huge amount of effort, cars, friendships, and experience invested. I am not a troublemaker who breaks rules; I am genuinely an honest player and I have no idea why this happened to me. On top of that, my live streams were really starting to take off, and I have always praised and promoted the project."
Please review the logs and the evidence. I am ready to accept any terms, including a full money wipe, just to get my account back and continue playing on the project I love.
