I would like to appeal my current jail time because it feels too long.

That day, someone told me they wanted to sell a battery, so I went there. However, when I arrived, multiple people suddenly surrounded and tried to arrest me. I panicked and got scared, so I pressed F1 and left the game.

I did not intentionally mean to break the rules. I was nervous and made a mistake in the moment. I sincerely apologize and I will make sure not to repeat this again.

Also, I would like to mention that in my country, electricity is only available at certain times. Because of this situation, serving a 3-hour jail punishment is extremely difficult for me.

I respectfully ask for some consideration and hope my jail time can be reduced. I truly apologize for my mistake and promise to be more careful in the future.

If possible, I kindly ask for a reduction of my jail time or a warning instead.

This is not a complaint forum,
if you want the hours to pass faster, you can buy prime platinum.
My suggestion is: don't go outside of city to sell something and want passport from the player first.
If he is police and you are selling an illegal item, you can easily escape after the passport.
And this is considered as GR 6.2 you can get warn if they open complaint on you.
