At the 1st minute, the player with ID 237159 does not drop the illegal items I mentioned and drives away in his car before we can go live; the penalty for this is fail RP. At the 5th and 6th minute, the player with ID 248414 commits VDM; the penalty for this is CR. Between 6:30 and 8:30, the player with ID 240896 does not drop the illegal items we mentioned; this is fail RP, and he tells us to shut up, which is fear RP. Since the player with ID 240896 does not comply with RP, I want this player to receive the penalties for fear RP and fail RP.
