as much as i know LI is unofficial organization so they can rob and do stuff vs people.
About that he use ORG Car he need to get punishment.

In the video recording, it was not seen that the person got out of the vehicle, but that person may have arrived there in another vehicle.

there is no actual proof they were using that vehicle
and your pov is useless as you are using obs so instead i will ban you for general rule 6.17
