2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(i) I have been in Lifeinvader for more than one and a half year, in this time I have got experience as SCT, DHOD and HOD of the Creative team. I feel it is now the right time to take a leadership role as I am confident that i am capable enough to take on the responsibilities, to help Lifeinvader grow while also growing myself with the invaders.
(ii) As DHOD and HOD of Creative, I have managed many tasks, services and completed my responsibilities, responsibly and professionally on time and showed my leadership skills by guiding my team perfectly.
(iii) I will be looking forward to take leadership and also try my best to help Lifeinvader grow definitely. I will make sure to guide the invaders of Lifeinvader to get the same chances to learn and succeed as Lifeinvader gave it to me.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1) For the Ads Team: My main goal is to open the doors for all the citizens who have been waiting patiently for a chance to join the department. I will completely simplify the training process and make it straight forward so that it is fair for everyone who applies. To ensure our work always stays at a high quality. Moreover to ensure our work always stays at a high quality, I will focus heavily on how editors edits the Ads by guiding them to double check the ads before they send them for publication.
2) For the Creative Team: I have plans to heavily focus on improving the training guidance by improving The Creative Academy. As i have analyzed, a lot of newly joined invaders find the work quite confusing initially when they first start getting into Creative work. This made me realize that we need to rewrite our academy guides to be much easier and simpler to understand. Doing this will allow new members to pick up the creative work quickly and feel confident right away. On top of that, I want to tackle the delays we sometimes have with CNN or our other services. We can easily fix this by setting up a basic scheduling system where invaders are given specific time slots to work on the services. The Creative team is already doing an amazing job and my goal is to add these ideas to make things even better for everyone.
3) For the Journalism Team: My main focus will be on bringing in active and dedicated citizens who love being part of the community and can keep writing high-quality articles. Along with that, I will make sure to give some extra bonuses, By giving out more rewards for hard work, i will keep everyone highly motivated by bring the invaders closer together and make journalism a much more fun and enjoyable experience.
