Dear Senior Management,
I am opening this complaint regarding a blatant violation of General Rule 1.3 (Market Scam) at the Beach Market, and the highly suspicious actions of Admin Mete Rosenberg, who appears to be protecting the rule-breaker.
Yesterday, I noticed player ID 57491 attempting to scam people by listing one battery for $35k and the adjacent one for $75k, hoping buyers would misclick. I immediately called an admin in-game, and Mete Rosenberg took the ticket. I stayed near the booth for about 5 minutes to see the outcome. Mete never revealed himself as an admin to me, but looking closely at the footage, a highly unprofessional situation unfolds:
At 01:02: You can clearly see an admin approaching a player right behind the scenes to warn them privately. I strongly believe this player is the scammer (ID 57491).
At 01:22: Look at the shadow of the person in white clothes in the background. The shadow clearly shows the admin is still standing there, talking/warning them.
At 01:58: Check the shadows again; the private interaction continues.
A few minutes later: Coincidentally, the cheaper battery gets purchased from the shop, removing the evidence of the dual-pricing trick.
When I asked the admin in-game if the player would be punished, he simply replied "no rule break" and closed the matter. I have witnessed over 50 players getting permanently banned for this exact GR 1.3 violation. It is a 100% bannable offense.
What makes this worse is that when I opened a forum report about this scam, Mete Rosenberg was the one who reviewed it again and dismissed it without issuing a punishment. It is obvious that the admin warned the player privately to fix the shop instead of punishing them according to server rules.
This is a clear case of favoritism and failure to enforce server rules. I request Senior Management to review this video footage and take the necessary actions regarding both the incident and the admin's handling of the situation. I expect the project administration to remain fair and equal to everyone.

While checking the shops at the Beach Market, I noticed a clear scam attempt in one of the booths. The player listed the first battery for $35k, but placed the second battery right next to it for $75k, hoping people would misclick or get confused by the visual layout. I called an admin in-game...
