Life Story:​

During Jose Esquella’s early years being born and raised on the streets of Tijuana. He had learned to adapt to the overwhelming violence and criminal activity. He had set out on joining the Mexican Federal Police when he had become of age. His reasoning was to ensure that he wouldn’t fail his parents that he promised he wouldn’t fall into the dark side of Tijuana that was known for.

After joining and passing his probation phase within the Federales, he was tasked with working with investigating major crimes within Tijuana where he had become an informant for major drug cartels.

During his time working as an informant, he had learned different techniques to use dis-information to gain any advantage against anyone he wanted to. With this he was able to deceive both the Federales and other Cartels until he had deceived the wrong person high-up within the Federales. Which caused an internal investigation upon him where he was investigated for corruption and having affiliations with cartels to benefit himself.

Due to this federal investigation, this is where he decided to flee Tijuana to the United State by illegally crossing the border. During this process, he encountered a coyote who was able to settle him down in Blaine County, Los Santos. After he had settled, he would then set out on becoming a citizen of Los Santos by using fake information using techniques he had learned from his former career. During this process he had stumbled upon a small family gathering inside the city of Los Santos which would become his most trusted people due to the nature of having only a close circle of people who he had trusted throughout his life and this family he would soon to know as the “Halloways”.

Outcomes:

1. Jose can drive more efficiently off-road due to his experience living and thriving in rocky terrains. (With vehicles that can realistically off-road with)
2. Jose can deceive and or give false information to anyone due to past experience of being an informant. (Cannot lie if being held at gunpoint “Fear RP”)
3. Jose can search for body cams or personal recording devices due to his past experience in Law enforcement by using commands listed below:
   /try search the bodycam (twice in each case)
   /do breaks the bodycam
4. Jose can trade or sell certain information gained from sources. (Cannot be used while in a state org)
