during a raid on another family, they shoot at everyone standing on the road and passing on the way.

they shot and killed me even though I was standing on the road for no reason.

They're telling everyone, including EMS, to shoot and get out of there. he/she just saying get out of here.

They do not know the rules, give wrong demands and mix them.
