Hello dear higher up admin,
As I know when you dead at leftover you cant come back to the area in 15 minutes. Because its not OOC event. Its IC event and its inside the world. You are not teleporting to the other world(admin world). If its like Harbor or RP ticket event and if there is a zone then I will accept they didnt do any NLR. But they did NLR and its clear to see. Please recheck the forum. Maybe dear Claire missed that. No problem.
