2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 Beginning : I had started my RP life through the beginner jobs and use to spend more time in the city and when i went out of money i did an atm robbery and then police came to arrest me. Then i asked them how to join and gathered the information to join in Legal organisations. I gave my first interview in SAHP but i got rejected due to lack of knowledge and that HR said please learn the rules and then come back to join the organisation. After that i went and i cleared the basic interview and joined the organisation. I had started from Trooper to High command in Sahp with lot of ups and downs and Hard work. Through that experience i had covered every Legal organisations like (LSPD, GOV, FIB,NG &SAHP). Till today i gave lot of interviews for Leadership but many of them got rejected. But i got the term of NG and due to some reasons i couldn't completed the term. This time applying for the EMS term with my sincere and dedication.
2.2 Organisation: As compared to other organisation EMS is the one of the organisation which need to cover the lobbies from PH to SH. I will make some good changes in the organisation to increase the lobbies activity, Making good Medruns to all the Organisation with good numbers. The ambulance services will be available to everyone when they place the call. And will be responding to all the possible situations and will be helping the leos and the citizens to cure their diseases and to protect them from any illness.
2.3 Activity & Events : The Lobbies will be covered and the citizens will never face any issues with the lobbies and will be attending to the situations like taking care of Hostage , ACC, Subs, Store & Gun store. The EMS will boost this time by showing a Good Activity in this term.
3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 Firstly no favouritism will happen. (Treating everyone equally).
3.2 Makes sure that PH and SH will be covered.
3.3 Will be maintaining Good relationships with every organisation by giving a great support from our side.
3.4 Will be increasing the bonus to the highly active members in the organisation.
3.5 My organisation members will be trained from trainee to Super Confident Member. ( Its a promise, and that's why no easy ranks will be given).
3.6 Will be bringing some goods changes in the training and will be giving good knowledge regularly to the Members.
3.7 Will try to help the leos in all the possible situations.
3.8 Finally Everyone needs to Tell that EMS ON TOP !!!.
Promotion Cermony :
Once in every week the promotion cermony will be organized and will be honouring the Employess for their dedication towards the organisation during that time the bonuses will be issued for the members who are active and done a great job to the organisation.
