1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin to help maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone in the community. i enjoy helping new player, enforcing the rules consistently, n making sure everyone can enjoy their role play without unnecessary drama or toxicity. Im very active, I understand the server rules deeply, and i have good conflict resolution skill. I am very mature and level headed under pressure.
Ultimately i want to give back to the server that has given me countless hours of entertainment. i want to help the staff team improve the player experience, deal with rule breakers quickly and fairly and contribute to making this a fair and fun server for everyone.
Im ready to put in the time and effort required, and i am excited about the possibility of joining the team.
2. What positions have you held in the city? LSPD,SAHP,USSS,FIB
4. What are your weaknesses? In the past, I’ve sometimes struggled with delegation because I wanted to ensure every detail was perfect and running efficient, sometimes our biggest weakness in ourselves.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team? Communication, Conflict Resolution, teamwork, dedication
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) Yes
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment? No
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application? No. Unless other admin experience in other game titles means anything.
