The organization that is conducting the event: FIB
Event details (Event cannot be a common event, it needs to be special) The Federal Investigation Bureau announced a big race event, the winner will get the cup and win a big price. The only catch is, the race will be done with a new invention by the National Guard, small racing cars and mini Tanks that were invented to scout areas that are not reachable with normal cars and do massive destruction.

How is the event won? The first 3 people will win
