Rejected Pov Request + Possible cheat I 121167

I suspect player ID 121167 of using illegal modifications (cheats/silent aim).

At 0:42 seconds: He suspiciously broke my vest I was completely behind solid cover.

At 1:40 seconds: He killed my crew member who was also fully behind cover.

After this, he pushed up to the roof and wiped out our entire squad without missing a single shot. His accuracy was 100% and perfectly tracked all of us through cover. I request the administration to review his POV (Proof of View) for this event.
