As clearly seen in the footage, my intention was never to insult, disrespect, or speak negatively about the server in any way. I was only trying to request a server restart from the admins and our respected senior management team because the server was experiencing serious issues at that moment.
Since my English is not very strong, I later realized after receiving the ban that the way I wrote my message could easily have been misunderstood or interpreted differently than I intended. I sincerely apologize for this misunderstanding.
At the time, we had joined the informal event, and not only me but also my friends and many other players were experiencing heavy delay issues. In addition to that, players were teleporting and lagging constantly, which made the event very difficult to enjoy and negatively affected the gameplay experience for everyone involved.
I fully understand that my message may have looked inappropriate from your perspective, and for that I truly apologize to you and your entire staff team. Causing any kind of misunderstanding or inconvenience was never my intention.
I respect the server, the community, and the work your staff team puts into maintaining everything. I am sharing this forum post respectfully in the hope that you may reconsider my punishment and give me another chance by removing my ban.
