Additional information
1. Leader of Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(2.1) Since joining the city I have been a part of EMS I have dedicated myself to learning and improving as an employee. Overtime I have gained valuable knowledge and experience through hard work, consistency and commitment towards the organization. I now believe I am capable of leading EMS.
(2.2) My main focus would be on improving the activity in HS and GS departments. I plan to recruit newcomers because they are more dedicated towards organization so that lobby management and GS operations remain smooth and organized at all times so citizens can always receive immediate medical assistance whenever needed.
(2.3) I believe that high commands should maintain a respectful, polite and humble attitude towards their juniors. A healthy and supportive environment motivates employees to work harder and stay loyal to the organization. I will also make sure there is no favoritism regarding ranks, promotion or bonuses as fairness is essential for maintaining professionalism.
(2.4) I expect that High Command members stay active and responsive to critical states calls including hostage situations, store robbery, routine state health checkups and also they should contribute to EMS weekly events and activities and come on duty mostly and will help to stay active so that I expect my EMS term will have good results than others
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
(3.1) Surgery and Roleplay Trainings:
Surgery roleplay is something that I am interested in. Many people do not really know how to use /me, /do, or /try during a surgery in medical emergencies. I also know that some FTOs do not take the time to book surgery training sessions, but I think surgery training should be top of the list. I will hold training sessions to make our roleplay much better.
(3.2) Routine Background Checks:
Regular background check is needed for employees as it would maintain compliance and avoid disputes both in-house and official so they wont be confronted during state calls.
(3.3) 24/7 Lobby Coverage:
If it weren't for EMS, who would this be for? The lobby is vital to our city and its people - always having a medic on duty in an EMS Lobby will greatly enhance the RP experience as well as the healthcare for our citizens.
(3.4) Realistic Roleplay Standards:
I will improvise for honest, genuine and fair roleplay between EMS Staff and players, specifically in regard to roleplay duty, trying to stay away from Unrealistic Behavior (UB) driving, Powergaming (PG) medical things, and all other similar OOC things that conflict with player roleplaying.
(3.5) Preventing Force Roleplay:
I have experienced some doctors who make you buy medicines to get a higher paycheck. This affects the overall quality of roleplay and makes it unfair for the players. I promise to not force roleplay and make sure everything is as realistic, fair and professional as possible.
