Working in the Ads team helped me achieve the DHOD of Ads position through my dedicated efforts. This experience gave me a good understanding about LifeInvader operations and how to improve the organization. I passed many steps in LI until reaching DHOD and learned a lot during this time.
• Strong Understanding of City Operations:
I have been playing Grand RP for more than 3 years, so I have good understanding about city situations and making right decisions. I also learned how to communicate properly with people inside and outside LifeInvader. Working with people like Max Uchiha and Elite Alpha helped me improve my communication and leadership skills a lot.
• Vision for Improvement and Impact:
My goal in LifeInvader is to create a better experience for employees and improve the relationship between the organization and the community.
Every department should have clear responsibilities and active supervision. I want to improve coordination between employees so work becomes more organized and efficient.
• Employee Motivation:
Employees work better when they feel appreciated. I plan to introduce reward systems, competitions, and recognition programs to motivate employees and improve work quality.
• Public Activity:
I want LifeInvader to feel more active and connected to the city by organizing public events, interviews, entertainment activities, and live coverage of important situations around the city.
