Thank you for reviewing my complaint and approving the punishment adjustment. You mentioned that my main account would be wiped and then unbanned, while the twink remains banned.
It has now been almost 24 hours, but my main account (ID 84573 | Senzo) is still banned and I am unable to log in. I completely understand that these processes can take some time, but I just wanted to make a polite follow-up request in case my case is still pending or was missed.
I kindly request you to please check the status of my unban whenever possible. I am ready to fully cooperate with the wipe process and any further requirements from management.
