Hello Dear Higher-Ups,
On 26/05/2026, I purchased House No. 962 for 22M. The owner was originally selling it for 25M, but after negotiation, he agreed to sell it to me for 22M. Later, I was banned for GR 1.7, and I would like to sincerely explain my side.
I genuinely had no intention of breaking any server rules or taking unfair advantage. I believed this was a normal negotiated deal between me and the seller, and I honestly did not know the house was worth more than the amount I paid.
If I unknowingly made any other mistake or broke any server rule, I sincerely apologize and fully accept my mistake. I am also ready to accept a money wipe if needed.
I respectfully request one chance to prove that this was unintentional. I truly enjoy playing on the server and promise to be more careful in the future.
