As seen in my POV, player ID 2823 was driving at a high speed and I tried to catch up to him. Afterwards, I gave him an order to stop, and he complied. Later, I told him to pull the vehicle over to the side. However, after pulling over and getting out of the vehicle, he put on armor. I then started running away, and suddenly he opened fire on me.

I believe this violates the RDM rule, and I would like this player to be punished.
