While patrolling with my vehicle, I randomly encountered some players. At first, I only noticed the vest on the player and was going to arrest him. Afterwards, I saw someone trying to interact with a vehicle, but at first I could not understand whether he was repairing it or stealing it. Later, I realized through the PDA notification that he was stealing the vehicle.
Since it was risky to approach alone, I waited for my friend to get closer on the map. As soon as he entered my map view, I immediately opened fire on the player who was aiming a weapon at me. After I killed the player 66818, he disconnected from the game and violated rule S.R 5.4.
I would like this player to be punished.
