My roleplay journey became more serious after joining EMS. Since 12/13/2025, I have been consistently active inside the organization and focused on improving myself as both an employee and a leader. Through dedication, professionalism, consistency, and teamwork, I successfully reached the position of Chief of Staff (Rank 28), where I have been serving for the past 2 months.
During my time as COS, I worked closely with the Leader and Deputy Chiefs and gained valuable experience in organization management and leadership responsibilities. I handled lobby activity, supervised employees, assisted with recruitment, organized trainings, managed internal situations, helped maintain activity, and responded to emergency state situations whenever needed.
This experience helped me improve my communication, leadership, decision-making, and management skills. I now believe I have the experience, maturity, and knowledge required to successfully lead EMS while maintaining professionalism, discipline, and strong activity inside the organization.
(2.2) Vision For EMS:
My main goal is to create an EMS term that is highly active, organized, professional, and respected throughout the city. I want EMS employees to be recognized for fast response times, quality roleplay, professionalism, and teamwork.
I will focus on improving HS and GS activity, maintaining proper lobby coverage, and ensuring ambulance calls are answered quickly and efficiently. EMS employees will actively participate in state situations such as hostage scenes, accidents, store robberies, medical emergencies, and city events while maintaining proper roleplay standards.
I also plan to strengthen teamwork between High Command and lower ranks so every employee feels motivated, respected, and comfortable inside the organization.
(2.3) Leadership & Management:
I strongly believe a leader should guide and support employees instead of simply giving orders. As someone who already served in High Command, I understand how important fairness, communication, and professionalism are inside an organization.
There will be no favoritism regarding promotions, bonuses, or opportunities. Employees will earn their positions through activity, discipline, dedication, and contribution towards EMS. I will ensure every member receives proper training and guidance so they can improve both their confidence and roleplay quality.
I also want to maintain a positive but disciplined environment where members enjoy working together while still respecting organization rules and standards.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
I want to improve the overall quality of medical roleplay inside EMS. Many employees know the basics but struggle during detailed surgery or emergency RP situations. Regular trainings will be organized to improve the use of /me, /do, and /try commands during surgeries and emergency treatments.
(3.2) Better Lobby Management:
PH and SH are extremely important for city roleplay. I will ensure there is always proper lobby coverage with active EMS employees so citizens can quickly receive treatment and support without unnecessary delays.
(3.3) Activity-Based Promotions:
Promotions and bonuses will depend on activity, professionalism, and contribution towards EMS instead of favoritism. This will motivate employees to remain active and improve their work quality.
(3.4) Professional High Command Team:
I expect all High Command members to remain calm, respectful, and responsible while handling employees and state situations. A strong High Command team creates a better environment for the entire organization.
(3.5) Realistic & Fair Roleplay:
EMS employees will maintain realistic and fair roleplay standards while avoiding Unrealistic Behavior (UB), Powergaming (PG), and unnecessary force roleplay situations that negatively affect player experience.
(3.6) Employee Development:
New employees will receive proper guidance and training from experienced members so they can improve quickly and become valuable members of EMS in the future.
