First of all, there's absolutely no cheating here; you get shot if you stay stationary on your motorcycle, and some of this guy's bullets are even flying around, my friend. Also, the forum title is wrong; this isn't GR 6.15, it's just UB Demand. The player makes a request, and even if you move away, they still shoot. There's no cheating here, just a simple rule violation.
