In this POV of mine you can clearly see that the person is my 10-15 and he is an active member of Government at that time, when he was my 10-15 but he is been seen on the criminal structure with previously committed crimes and prison terms which clearly breaks the State Rule 1.3 which states that you cannot hire anyone with criminal background.
