as you can see there is 4 players from bloods they was try rob officer and take him as a hostage in the city while one of them wasnt wearing gang clothes and when I told to them you cant do this they start complain so I called admin and Mr Kayess Exe came and ask me to upload my POV

Otherwise, there are no rulebreaks from either side. From what I saw in the situation, there were 4 people and 2 cars, and they were wearing gang clothes. It was a visual issue on your end.
