Rejected Appeal for GR 6.4 / 1347762

I am writing to appeal the punishment issued to my account under General Rule 6.4.
I am completely unaware of what incident led to this, as I did not intentionally break any server rules. I was playing normally and did not commit any violations or engage in any rule-breaking behavior during my last session.
Because I did nothing wrong, I respectfully request that the administration reviews the logs or provides the POV (proof) associated with this punishment. I want to see what occurred so I can understand this situation and clear my name.
